I build websites that work — with code when needed, with Divi when it makes sense.
My Approach to this WordPress Course Project
🛠️ Who I Am as a Developer
I value clean code, good structure, and practical solutions. I build websites that work smoothly, load fast, and make sense from both a technical and a user perspective.
💻 Front-End Developer & WordPress Builder
I work as a front-end developer and build WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, JS, React, and WordPress (Divi).
🧠 My Technical Expertise
I work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and WordPress (Divi). I can build a website from the ground up, optimize an existing one, or refine a design so it functions smoothly in the real world.
🎓 Why This Is a Course Project
This WordPress course project was created as part of a WordPress development course. The goal was not just to learn how to use Divi or manage plugins, but to understand how WordPress works under the hood — from theme structure to performance optimization. I wanted to build something that demonstrates both design awareness and technical discipline, without relying on bloated builders or unnecessary code.
🔗 GitHub as My Portfolio
Since I don’t use personal photos or detailed contact forms, my GitHub profile serves as my professional portfolio. You’ll find projects built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React — including academic assignments, personal experiments, and small tools I’ve developed to solve real problems. Every repository includes clean, commented code and a README that explains the purpose and structure. Feel free to explore, fork, or suggest improvements.
🌱 What’s Next?
I’m continuing to deepen my knowledge in JavaScript and React, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and component-based architecture. In the future, I plan to build more interactive projects and explore modern workflows like Vite, TypeScript, and headless WordPress. This course project is just one step in a longer journey toward becoming a thoughtful, capable front-end developer.
📍 Based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
I work remotely from Plovdiv — a city known for its rich history, vibrant tech community, and growing startup scene. Being part of Bulgaria’s web development ecosystem gives me access to inspiring peers and real-world challenges that push me to write better, more efficient code.
📚 Learning in Public
I believe in learning in public — sharing progress, mistakes, and solutions openly. That’s why my GitHub includes not just finished projects, but also experiments, failed attempts, and incremental improvements. Every commit is a step forward. This WordPress course project is another example of that philosophy: a hands-on way to apply theory, test ideas, and build something tangible.
✨ What Defines My Approach
I avoid unnecessary complexity. If a layout can be built with clean HTML and minimal CSS, I won’t reach for a heavy plugin. If a feature can work without JavaScript, I’ll make it work that way first. My priority is always: performance, accessibility, maintainability — in that order. This mindset shapes every project I touch, including this one.
💡 Final Note
This WordPress course project is a living document — code evolves, skills grow, and every line is a reflection of where I am today. I hope it shows not just what I can build, but how I think.
